Terms for getdre.com

These terms cover this website, its documentation and the links it provides to DRE software.

Who runs this site

getdre.com is maintained by Allen Fei Xu in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. You can contact us at hello@getdre.com.

Software has its own licence

DRE core is released under GPL-3.0. Plugins, DRE MCP and other components can use different licences. Their included licence or agreement controls your use of that software. See Licensing for a plain-language summary.

Using the site

You may read the documentation, use the browser tools and contact us. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or represent an unofficial copy or service as one we provide. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their owners set their own terms and privacy practices.

Content and ownership

The DRE name, logo and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Open-source software is governed by its software licence. You may link to public pages and quote reasonable extracts with attribution.

No promise that everything is complete

We work to keep the site and documentation accurate, but they may contain mistakes, omit details or change without notice. Test software and examples in your own environment before relying on them for production reports.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Our Privacy page explains what this site measures and how contact messages are handled.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over disputes concerning this site. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
